Cove have partnered with a local Newport business.

You will be joining an established team of six who enjoy the company's culture.

What you will be doing?

  • Handling supplier calls and updating customers on the progress of their orders.
  • Scanning documents onto the systems
  • Data Entry

What we need?

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Able to give high levels of customer service at all times
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

What's in it for you?
- £11.75 per hour

  • Immediate start (one interview)
  • Monday to Friday 9am5pm
  • Long term
