For over 25 years, Branas Isaf has been providing an exceptional integrated model of education, therapy, and therapeutic care to young individuals with various emotional and behavioral needs.
Your role as a Residential Support Worker at Branas Isaf is to guide our young individuals towards a better understanding of their past behaviors, helping them enhance their interpersonal skills, first within the therapeutic home setting and later in the broader community.
Our team of Residential Support Workers comes from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wide range of skills from their previous experiences.
Essential
- Experience in Residential Childcare Environment (Preferred)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Driver (company provides a car during working hours)
- Able to work varied hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
