- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between young people, their families, and our staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
- Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Full UK manual driver's license (essential).
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Able to accommodate a full-time flexible shift pattern.
