Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal development.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between young people, their families, and our staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK manual driver's license (essential).
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Able to accommodate a full-time flexible shift pattern.
