We are looking for a Head Of Office for the Chief Digital Officer (UK) to join our Digital Technology Business area on a Permanent basis.

Head of UK Office for the Chief Digital Officer

We are currently seeking a Head of UK Office to join our Chief Digital Officer's team.

In this role, you will report directly to the UK Chief Digital Officer and play an essential role as a member of the UK Digital Technology(DT) Senior Leadership team, contributing to the overarching objectives of E.ON Digital Technology (EDT).


As the Head of UK Office, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of UK Digital Technology in alignment with strategic ambitions and measures.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the operational governance of UK Digital Technology while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and frameworks.

Ensure strategic planning, led by EDT, maximizes ROI for the UK business.

Establish and measure UK DT key performance metrics, embedding E.ON Business Systems culture and performance dialogues.

Develop UK DT brand and communication channels, facilitate regional collaboration for UK growth.

Drive compliance with DT functional policy, manage UKDT risk, and ensure internal controls.

Significant experience in a senior exec role within E.Extensive experience of Digital technology or steering of IT outcomes

Highly Commercially astute, numerate and significant financial management experience to drive sustainable value.

Demonstrable experience of the creation of digital technology or strategy in a complex business environment.

Excellent cyber security awareness and knowledge to ensure the avoidance of reputational risk within a FTSE100/250/DAX50 business.

Excellent planning, presentation; content creation and delivery to Exec or Board Level executives.

Extensive experience of driving performance and managing against multiple complex performance measures and tracking results.

Experience of managing risk and implementing operational strategies to avoid business risk.
