To be a successful Care Assistant, you will need to be a thoughtful and caring individual who is keen to learn & develop their skills since no experience is required.

We offer in-depth on-the-job training and the opportunity to further develop with a Skills for Care certification and a level 2 or 3 QCF in Health & Social Care.
