(SAP Hybris, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud),who are looking for a Lead Solution Consultant/Business Analyst to join the technical team and assist in leading a range of large retail client projects This is a great opportunity for somebody lookingto expand their experience in this area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand the client requirements to develop the technical outputs required
  • Translate outputs from the above into Epics and present extremely technical concepts to key business directors
  • Document the requirement into user stories/cases, wireframing, user flows/diagrams and specifications
  • Act as the bridge between the development team, the consultants/BA's and key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years' experience working in a handson capacity on an eCommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris or Magento)
  • 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant
  • Strong understand of the full eCommerce product life cycle, including the backend systems
  • B2C and B2B project implementation experience
