Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business needs within the Ecommerce area and lead process reviews to define system enhancements and change requirements.
  • Support the delivery of business initiatives that impact and depend on the Ecommerce technical architecture, processes, and teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that remain fit for purpose.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of Ecommerce operations, processes, and architectures.
  • Experience of defining requirements within a top-tier Ecommerce architecture.
  • Confidence in working in an agile or waterfall environment and ability to articulate the pros and cons of each.
  • Strong process mapping skills with the ability to upskill the wider BA team.
  • Awareness and adoption of Agile development methods an advantage.
