About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance of our Ecommerce KPIs and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Ecommerce Performance: Own weekly and monthly reporting, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Editorial Team: Work closely with the editorial team to develop proactive and reactive strategies to drive Ecommerce revenue and other core funnel KPIs.
  • Provide Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and provide custom reports to support strategic decision-making, including identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Playbook Analysis: Conduct seasonal analysis of content and product merchandising, resulting in strategic playbook guidelines.
  • Ecommerce Tentpole Calendar: Work with the managing editorial team to ensure all opportunities are covered with the editorial calendar, aligning coverage strategy with brand messaging and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
  • Google Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics and other web measurement and analytics platforms.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis and generating insights.
  • Affiliate Network Platforms: Experience with affiliate network platforms and their reporting interfaces.
