About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Tom & Co. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather clients' business requirements and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Work with the scrum team to refine client briefs and supporting documentation into compelling, well-defined user stories and initial acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in product backlog refinement meetings and ensure that user stories are well-defined and understood by all team members.
  • Check deliverables against business requirements and participate in sprint demos.
  • Cooperate with other team members to design solutions that solve technical problems.
  • Participate in technical workshops and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and/or digital marketing systems.
  • Knowledge of Magento 2 or similar e-commerce platforms desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs and general API principles with the ability to interrogate them using tools such as Postman.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
