- Process Ownership: Serve as the product and process owner for your directorate, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Prepare and lead requirements workshops with stakeholder groups to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Ecommerce Operations Expertise: Possess a sound understanding of ecommerce operations, processes, and architectures.
- Requirements Definition: Experience in defining requirements within a top-tier ecommerce architecture.
- Agile Methodologies: Confidence in working in agile or waterfall environments and ability to articulate the pros and cons of each.
- Process Mapping: Strong process mapping skills, with the ability to upskill the wider BA team.
- Data Analysis: Ability to manipulate data in Excel, using intermediate formulae skills, and experience with PowerBI and SQL query building an advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs, with excellent troubleshooting skills and a continuous improvement attitude.
