Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements in user story format, with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are welldefined and understood.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritising the product backlog.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Planning the deliverables and helping the team monitor performance.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of scrum and sprint activities, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Helping to resolve issues that hinder the team and ensure that the team are productive during sprint.
- Actively participate in (with a view to eventually taking ownership of) Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and other project members.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define and execute test plans, ensuring the delivery of highquality software.
Key Skills
- Good understanding of Scrum Master and business analysis principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Detailorientated with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio) would be a plus, but not essential.
- Cando and collaborative attitude, and keen learner.
- Relevant training as a Business Analyst, Product Owner and / or a Scrum Master would be a plus, but not essential.
Team Overview
You will be joining a cross functional team of 10 people consisting of developers, QA's, Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager.
We are a close knit team who collaborate in building software and solving problems and we are deeply proud of the supportive and open culture we have created and continue to maintain.
