Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild a multi-tenant Pension Platform with extensive experience working on multi-tenancy programmes.
  • Coach junior members of staff and provide guidance on product discovery, requirement definitions, and scenario handling.
  • Collaborate with Design, Analyst, Engineering, QA, and Stakeholders to build user-centric journeys that meet product strategy and expected outcomes.
  • Work in both digital-only and digital-first environments, supporting digital transformation efforts and transitioning from IT models to Product models.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Owner on Digital/Platform products.
  • Extensive experience in workplace pensions, with a strong understanding of heavily regulated industries such as Tech.
  • Excellent skills in designing baseline offerings for multi-tenancy enterprise-grade software for millions of users (B2B2C).
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
