Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild and maintain a multi-tenant Pension Platform, requiring hands-on experience with digital product development.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner on digital products, with a strong understanding of product discovery, requirement definitions, and scenario handling.
  • Extensive experience in workplace pensions, with a strong understanding of heavily regulated industries such as Tech, LegalTech, and ComplianceTech.
  • Excellent skills in designing baseline offerings for multi-tenancy enterprise-grade software, with a focus on user-centric journeys and non-functional requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Design, Analyst, Engineering, QA, and Stakeholders to deliver user-centric journeys.
  • Experience working in both digital-only and digital-first environments, with a strong understanding of digital transformation efforts and the transition from an IT model to a Product model.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, up to £600 dependent on experience.
  • A 6-month contract, with the opportunity to extend.
  • A remote working arrangement, with occasional onsite work in London.
