As the Quant Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for the Quant Engineering group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Identify user requirements from various stakeholders, translate them into a clear product backlog, and prioritize features based on value and impact.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with quants, developers, analysts, testers, and other key team members to ensure seamless execution of the product development process. Effectively communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Agile Delivery & Performance: Utilize Agile Scrum methodology to manage iterations, set goals, and track progress. Define product KPIs and monitor success metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager within the financial technology industry, with a strong focus on quantitative development and front-office operations.
- Deep understanding of commodity market fundamentals, trade lifecycle, and valuation methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Agile Scrum principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
