Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet all visitors, including contractors, suppliers, and customers, and direct them appropriately.
  • Direct employees to work areas.
  • Maintain reception area neat and clean.
  • Maintain office equipment in a safe and working condition.
  • Maintain inventory by properly storing items in the warehouse.
  • Open and close the front office door daily.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Competencies:

  • Ability to work as a team member in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a highvolume environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
