Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Role

Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in the Bromley office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Participate in lunch and holiday cover, as well as telephone rota duties, to ensure seamless support to the team.

• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Assist with ad-hoc duties, including travel between offices and handling post deliveries, as required.

• Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
