Consult are proud to be working alongside one of the UK's leading Dental Growth Agencies, an incredibly exciting organisation specialising in Business Development & ultimately, getting more patients into practice.
Due to fantastic growth within the business, an opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Manager to join a high-performing team.
Our client pride themselves on their passion in building great relationships with clients and stakeholders and this positionis responsible for creating and maintaining amazing client relationships, through outstanding levels of communication, performance & client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be on top of what each client stakeholder is trying to achieve, nurturing your relationships into partnerships, and living and breathing the company values
- Identify opportunities to extend client relationships
- Guide clients through digital growth programs, rolling out relevant strategies at the right time
- Manage onboarding of new clients, systems, setup and team training.
- Ensuring clients are performing and getting the results needed for client retention
- A core part of this will be working closely with clients to ensure:
- Training reception teams in lead handling
- Developing relationships with practice teams as well as the Principal
- Produce insightful and clearly articulated presentations and reports
- Ensuring performance of campaigns and business growth of clients ultimately revenue and patient starts
About You:
- You have a solid understanding of the new dental patient enquiry process and how to nurture new patient leads into starts.
- You have worked in a dental environment, or one which is similar, and understand the process or converting new enquiries into sales
- You have solid handson experience of digital systems such as CRMs and can pick up new technology quickly
- Confident and calm under pressure, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- A multitasker who enjoys working in a fastpaced agency environment
- You have a good understanding of digital platforms which are part of a welloiled dental practice including PMS and CRMs
- You have a genuine interest in the digital world and how this applies to growing dental practices and are always looking to upskill
