MILWAUKEE, WI – The Bartolotta Restaurants , the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, has named veteran human resources leader Gabriella Bauer , PHR, SHRM-CP as the company's Senior Director of Human Resources. A 20-plus year veteran of the HR sector, Ms. Bauer will drive the company's HR strategy forward, enhancing its vibrant culture and fostering growth through process improvement and performance management; ensuring a seamless integration of HR practices that align with the company's goals and values.

Ms. Bauer has also led her own HR consulting firm, providing recruitment, engagement, process improvement, and performance management services to multiple organizations.
