Senior Producer Opportunity at Bauer Media Group

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team at Bauer Media Group in London. As a key member of our content creation team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our radio programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-level content strategies to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Oversee the production of regular programmes, managing studio, talent, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues to create innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Support the Content Director and Deputy Content Director in key brand initiatives, contributing to the development of multi-platform content.
  • Mentor junior production members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent editing, prepping, and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong awareness of current music and culture, with a passion for creating engaging content that reflects the Bauer Media Group brand.
  • Proficient use of digital playout/management systems, digital audio editing software, and social media content execution tools.
  • Ability to articulate ideas and support projects independently, with excellent organisational and admin skills.
