About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team at Bauer Media Group in London. As a key member of our content team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our flagship shows and contributing to the growth of our UK audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-level content plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of daily programming and studio direction.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues to drive innovative solutions and oversee content across multiple platforms, including social media, video, and digital.
  • Support and mentor junior production members, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity within the team.
  • Manage studio, talent, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective project management.
  • Contribute to multi-platform programming and projects, including live and pre-recorded shows, and work closely with the Content Director and Deputy Content Director to achieve key brand initiatives.
Requirements
  • A natural leader with a passion for impactful radio, music, and current trends.
  • Excellent editing, automation, and digital audio editing skills, with proficiency in digital playout/management systems.
  • Strong awareness of new/current KISS music and culture, with the ability to articulate ideas and support projects independently.
  • Highly competent in radio scheduling software and able to transfer from other systems to Bauer systems.
  • Excellent organisational and admin skills, with a high awareness of Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
