Baildon.

As long as the work gets done the Manager is
flexible on working hours.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Monthly staff and ESE payrolls completed
  • Completing all Revenue documentation/payments to Government requirements
  • Management of Representatives Report of Calls and Weekly Sheet
  • Submission of payroll Revenue documentation / payments to Government requirements


Petty cash
  • Reimbursement / reconciliation and balancing / NL analysis
  • Daily company banking
  • Payments to foreign suppliers via HSBC
  • Ensure all pension fund payments are actioned via the Aviva portal before due date
  • Present a positive image of the company to people outside
  • Updating of Company fleet details on the MID portal
  • Ensure Prosoft software is updated with all relevant absences and clocking amendments
  • Ensure all personnel details are kept up to date on Sage
  • CPO on business system
  • Ensure all orders are entered and sent to suppliers
  • Carry out the HR/Payroll induction with new employees
  • Holidays/absence cover for various wages section functions of the Assistant Accounts Department Manager

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in payroll
  • Experience using Sage (desirable)
  • Microsoft excel skills
