Winsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS FoundationTrust Full time
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of West/Central Cheshire Talking Therapies communication and engagement strategies.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and lots of initiative who is seeking a new challenge.

You will liaise and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that our NHS Talking Therapies Services remain a respected and valued partner within the changing mental health landscape.

You will support the marketing and promotion of Talking Therapies services to meet service goals. Working in partnership with the communications, marketing and public engagement team, contribute to the development of a communications plan, ensuring a compelling programme of content which inspires and engages key audiences

Plan, research and create content for a suite of communications channels - eg website, patient and public newsletters; staff e-bulletin; intranet; social media, marketing materials (posters/leaflets/digital screens etc) - acting as the trust's primary point of contact for Talking Therapies output.

Support colleagues to provide general advice to stakeholders on Talking Therapies messaging, implementation and monitoring progress/outcomes.

Meet and collaborate with partners, colleagues, service users, patients and carers to maintain good relationships and to proactively identify communications and engagement opportunities.

Promote meaningful engagement of stakeholders to develop a culture of real involvement throughout the geographical area of the Talking Therapies services.

CWP recruits people that can demonstrate the Trust's Values and Behaviours in their everyday life.

Therefore, if you are invited to interview, you will be undertaking a Values Based Interview/Assessment, which explores not only what you do but how and why you do it.
