About Our Client:
A fintech in the city of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the POC internally for HR related queries.
- Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
- Process statutory leave requests and provide advice as required to managers and employees
- Review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced
- Produce ad hoc reports for managers and project teams as requested
- Carry out audit and checking activities as required
- Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processes
- Make sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely in line with GDPR requirements
- Escalate any sensitive issues to as appropriate
- Provide support and assistance to the HR Advisor and when dealing with employee queries or people initiatives
- Produce salary and bonus letters in line with the Compensation Review timetable
- Carry out note taking for employee relations meetings as required by the HR Advisor and within a timely manner
- Ensure all processes are followed and done accurately in relation to SMCR
- Process invoices on Concur system
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
The Successful Applicant:
- Organisation and Drive
- Perseverance
- Experience in an HR placement or internship preferably in Financial Services
- Graduated recently in HR or Business Management with HR.
