DegreeSix Recruitment are a specialist Social Care agency providing support to with Adults (Aged from 18 to 65) with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and Autism.

We provide support in Residential, Day Services and Supported Living Services within Northamptonshire.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Support Worker -:

  • Maintaining a safe, clean and positive living environment for service users
  • Following correct safeguarding practices
  • Going out in the community on a variety of fun activities
  • Providing personal, domestic and emotional support
