About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Senior Medical Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team and oversee the management of patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and treatment.
  • Develop and implement innovative treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide educational and training opportunities for junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with:

  • MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
  • CESR or CCT in Forensic Psychiatry, Learning Disability Psychiatry, or General Adult Psychiatry.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing complex patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and driving continuous improvement.
