Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, at Bossingham Preschool the children spend much of their time outside, spotting wildlife and enjoying the fresh air in our beautiful purpose-built garden area and exploring our local community.

Qualifications
  • English & Maths preferred but can undertake functional skills within apprenticeship
Will be training towards Level 2 or Level 3 Early years qualification

Main duties:

  • To be a key person and undertake all responsibilities associated with this role
  • To know your key children's individual needs and development and share with parents, carers and other key adults in the child's life.
  • Effectively deliver the EYFS framework ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
  • Ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
  • To advise manager/deputy of any concerns, e.g. over children, parents, the safety of the environment, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
