About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As a key member of our activity team, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE) or be studying towards a relevant childcare qualification. You must also be available to work during school holidays and be a UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading playtime group activities for children aged 3-14 years
  • Organising engaging games and activities
  • Ensuring the well-being of children under your care
  • Working collaboratively with the activity team to deliver exceptional day camp programs

What We Offer:

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £14.57, plus holiday pay. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and induction program.
