We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work in our busy Head Office in Glasgow.
You will be based within our Glasgow Head Office in Port Dundas, working to support a large Sales team of over 10 people.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a someone with strong administration skills and able to work within a team. Previous Sales Admin experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for an excellent communicator that can work within a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks
- Preparing and evaluating sales reports
- CRM Input
- KPI Input
- Maintain high level of accuracy throughout company documents
- Audits
- Preparation of paperwork in line with both Tech Installations and Security Deployments
- Allocation of web enquiries
- Update reports
- Data entry
- Sales associated paperwork quotes etc.
- Supporting Ops where required
- Organising meetings
- Minute taking
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Support Sales Admin Manager when required
- Adhoc tasks.
