Looking for a high paid agency post, or just want to assess your options?

Leaders in Care are working directly with good/outstanding rated councils in the South, South West, South East and Offshore, for experienced children's social workers to join a number of teams, including Child Protection, Looked After Children, Assessment, Child and Family Assessment and CWD.

Due to our direct contact with councils, we can offer up to £45 per hour on several roles, this has been topped up by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus which can see your weekly pay topped up by up to £100 every week.

Benefits include weekly check ins with us from the day that we first speak, all the way through the process and your contract. You will also benefit from a manageable caseload, with cases split evenly across the service. The majority of these councils operate using a hybrid working model, and also offer flexible working arrangements with the option to condense your hours, giving you a great work life balance.

You will also be going to a stable team, who offer for regular supervision and training opportunities, to ensure you are continuing to develop as a practitioner.

As these are statutory roles, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
