The Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR) service is a partnership between Adult Social Care and Health, providing short term rehabilitation and package of care in the client's own home

Location:
Bexhill, East Sussex

Contract Type:
Locum, Ongoing and either full/part-time

Pay Rate:
£24-25 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties of the Occupational Therapist:
Promote faster recovery from illness and/or injury
Prevent unnecessary acute hospital admission
Prevent premature admission to long-term residential care
Support timely discharge from hospital

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience
Registered with the HCPC
Community experience essential
