**Role**: Construction Trainer - CITB Specialist

**Position Overview**:

- We're on the lookout for London-based Construction Trainers to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Construction Trainer specialising in CITB training, you'll be tasked with delivering captivating and informative training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to professionals across various construction disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote and in-person CITB classes, encompassing SSSTS, SMSTS, SEATS, HSA, and other relevant courses.
- Ensure training sessions adhere to CITB guidelines and industry best practices.
- Provide practical insights and real-world examples to enrich participant learning experiences.
- Evaluate participant performance and offer constructive feedback to bolster their ongoing growth.
- Maintain meticulous records of training activities and participant progress.

**Requirements**:

- Possess CITB SMSTS and SEATS accreditations.
- Hold HSA Level 1 certification or have a minimum of 2 years of site experience.
- Possess at least one of the following qualifications:

- NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK)
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
- Level 3 (S)NVQ in Occupational Safety and Health
- Level 4 Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK)
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Diploma Safety Management Level 6
- NCRQ in Occupational Health and Safety Level 6.
- Hold a formal teaching/training qualification equivalent to a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or CITB recognized exemption.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering training courses within the construction industry.
- Demonstrate a firm commitment to upholding safety standards and fostering professional development among trainees.
