Role Overview
- As Hastings Direct advances in its mission to become a truly digital-first insurer, we are seeking a customer-centric and commercially savvy Marketing Lead to facilitate this transformation.
- Your main focus as the Marketing Delivery Lead will be on optimizing our marketing performance and enhancing our CRM capabilities, all aimed at delivering a compelling and supportive customer experience.
- This role will also allow you to leverage your expertise to shape and refine our overall marketing strategy, driving increased sales, higher renewal rates, and enhanced customer engagement.
- As we continue to develop our marketing function, this position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our vision by implementing a multichannel, data-driven marketing approach.
- This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
Desired Skills
- A comprehensive understanding of the marketing lifecycle, particularly in relation to commercial success, is essential.
- Experience in enhancing and optimizing existing marketing functions will be highly valued.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with a history of engaging effectively with senior management, are crucial.
- Experience in CRM governance, particularly with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP), is highly desirable.
