What you'll be doing


As a Senior Care Assistant in our Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager.

You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.

Senior Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing their own part in establishing an environment that's warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
