Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our clients in a Bank Support Worker capacity, covering additional shifts and absences of the current team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients in a Bank Support Worker capacity, covering additional shifts and absences of the current team.
  • Work flexible hours, including 12 hour shifts (9.00am to 9.00pm) and split shifts: 9.00am-2.30pm and 5.00pm-9.00pm Monday to Friday with additional shifts possible at the weekend.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a support worker role, preferably in a Bank Support Worker capacity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
