The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis (36 hours per week - Flexible on start and finish times).
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Directly manage a range of contractors to ensure that all the organisations legal compliance requirements and Key Performance Indicators in relation to property management are achieved.
- Assist in the development in a range of budgets to deliver the services, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting regimes are established to demonstrate financial and VfM objectives are achieved.
- Full line management of the Electrical & Property Compliance Admin Support Officer.
- Keeping up to date with all requirements of the Building Safety Regime, ensuring both the implementation and delivery is complete, promoted within the business and assured to the both internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure that all necessary compliance information and databases are maintained, and any information is readily available to be disseminated to the Building Safety Manager, Senior Management Team and external organisations;
- Provide innovation in developing strategies to ensure that Salix Homes property services model is flexible and agile enough to meet customers' needs and expectations, whilst ensuring legislative requirements are achieved.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Previous contract and project management experience with a focus on Electrical work
- Previous experience in developing and implementing innovative new technologies and systems to improve
