Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process pre-employment screening cases to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable regulations and internal processes.
  • Prioritize and track candidate/employee cases to meet both client and regulatory deadlines.
  • Respond to enquiries via email and phone, providing clear and concise information regarding case status, required documentation, and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in client meetings with account managers as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel (proficient)
  • Data entry skills are essential
  • Strong computer skills across MS applications, particularly Excel
