Temporary Administrator

Cove Recruitment have partnered with the Private Health Care Sector and are looking for an Administrator to work in the Gloucester General Hospital.
Our client has over 200 contracts in 40 NHS Trusts.Main Purpose of the Role:
As an Administrator, you will assist with the co-ordination of the day-to-day activities and service delivery of managed services to the theatre team at ROH.
You will be expected to monitor the ordering of consumables and the receipt of information to ensure that procedures are not postponed due to quality failures, thus avoiding service credits.
- To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery.
- To carry out cyclecounting and adhoc stocktakes.
- To rotate stock as appropriate.
- To manage all stock within the department in a proactive manner and flag any over/under consumption.
- To ensure that all purchase orders placed by management are authorised in accordance with Trust requirements and that all procedures are adhered to.
- To liaise and communicate effectively with staff.
Requirements:
- Effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of networking and IT.
- Ability to work to tight timescales.
- Self-Motivation.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Proactive attitude and forward planning.
