Your new company
Working for a leading organisation providing services into the construction industry, this role has become available due to the relocation of certain key admin support functions to the Gloucester office.
Your new role
As an Admin Assistant, you will provide key support to the Goods In function.
This will include processing delivery notes for materials purchased by the business, logging these accurately through the ticketing system and ensuring all key information is complete,to allow this data to be passed to the finance team for invoicing.
On occasion, to cover holiday, you will also be involved in invoicing duties.Please note this role is based full-time from Quedgeley.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and can be - 4; ; or - 5 depending on your preference.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold previous administration experience within an office setting, be MS Office literate and ideally have some experience of SAP.
You will have excellent attention to detail, and be highly organised in your approach, able to work as part of a smallteam.
What you'll get in return
This role is offered on a 6 month contract basis initially, after which the position will become permanent. Free parking is available on site and the holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays.
