The Foyle Food Group is seeking applications of interest for the 2024 / 2025 Graduate Academy specifically for roles within the Commercial team.

We are keen to attract applications from people seeking to develop their skills and knowledge particularly within the Food Processing Industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive red meat processing groups in the UK and Ireland.

Successful applicants will undertake a 12-month on the job development programme, you will be placed within the commercial team based in the Group's Shared Service Centre in Omagh, working closely with the team and developing your knowledge of red meat processing within the production environment, the programme will develop you to become fully equipped with the right skills needed for an exciting career in Sales.

We know that developing our future leaders is the key to our continued success and is an excellent platform for moving into senior positions offering high degrees of responsibility.

A degree / third level qualification in a relevant business, food related or manufacturing discipline

  • A current EU driving licence as some travel may be required between our sites / training etc.
Monitoring Officer
Foyle Food Group

The Foyle Food Group requires a Sales Executive to join the UK & Ireland Trade Team, to be based at our Shared Service Centre located on the Foyle Omagh site, on the outskirts of Omagh Co Tyrone Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts to their full potential, identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound communication, creating, and managing the sales pipeline from initial call to close, and continually updating and developing personal knowledge of the products and the market.


  • Previous Sales / Commercial experience
  • 3rd level education qualification or equivalent in Business / Food related studies
  • Good team player who is flexible and reliable in their approach
  • Previous Red Meat Sales experience
  • Knowledge of the red meat processing industry
