Flexibility is essential for this role, with a combination of working remotely and travelling across our service as and when required.
We welcome applicants who speak additional languages fluently.You will:
Hold a caseload of clients
Support clients to find work, stay in work, or return to work after sick leave
Offer varied and tailored support to individuals, using tools and resources to empower clients to resolve practical employment issues
Research national and local sources of employment support and guidance, adding to the team's bank of resources
There will be a requirement to undertake a short formal study programme.
