- Running a shift effectively, ensuring staff are appropriately allocated to the people we support, medication is administered as per the MAR chart
- Completing supervisions of staff and managing shift effectively, activities for the people we support are completed daily and at appropriate times, reporting directly to the management team for additional day to day duties.
- Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

The Lodge is a residential Service, providing person centred care and support to the individuals living at the Lodge. We are registered to support 12 Adults. Some of the individuals living at The Lodge have been here for up to 20 years and would be happy to show you around their wonderful home.
We are passionate about providing outstanding care and support for adults with complex mental health needs, including Autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
