We are seeking a Patient Co-ordinator/Practitioners Assistant to join our team.

Our Co-ordinators are part of a passionate Doctor lead team who strive to deliver our five-star service.

As a Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients, supporting the Doctors, and enabling their diaries to run smoothly.

You will be taking patient photos, and adhering to patient confidentiality.

Making sure patient records are up to date, replenishing stock, assisting with pre and post treatment care and ensuring patients are supported through the patient jourey.

A GNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy is preferred but not essential.
