We are looking for a Programme & Administrative Coordinator to support our Senior Client Relations Manager with the administration, preparation and co-ordination of our award-winning programmes and events.

You must be organised and detail-oriented and be comfortable working with diverse teams.


In this role you will help coordinate the logistics of our training programmes, oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, organising people, information and other resources, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.


Key Responsibilities / Programme Coordinator

  • Support planning and coordination of programmes on key client programmes
  • Preparing programme details, and briefing logístical requirements to clients and delivery team
  • Arrange and organise programme props including delivery and collection
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Coordinate the scheduling of our selfassessment report debriefs with participants and coaches
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
  • Help prepare workbooks, PowerPoint presentations and other materials
  • Sending pre
- and post-programme information to participates, including programme packs and post-event feedback

  • Arranging business travel, including flights, transportation and hotels
  • Setting up and attending briefing meetings as required
  • Supporting venue relations and bookings

Key Responsibilities / Administrative Coordinator

  • Managing the day to day running of the office
  • Schedule and organise meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Maintaining stock supplies of all programme material and merchandise
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Responsible for administrative and logístical tasks such as office equipment, couriers, sending packages, storage management etc.
  • Providing general administrative and PA support to the office team
  • Help organise inhouse events
  • Financial coordination of programme delivery, including managing expenses, producing invoices and supplier reports.

Key skills

  • Proven experience as a programme coordinator or relevant position
  • Experience of working in a similar role or equivalent
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and demonstrate ability to manage own workload
  • Enjoys relationship building and working collaboratively
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Right to work in the UK
