Do you have a few hours to spare and experience in administration?


Our Human Resources Department are looking for a volunteer to support in all aspects of administration and who can help us for a few hours each week doing the following.


  • Processing data
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Collating and preparation of necessary information required by members of the wider HR and Management Teams


It is an excellent opportunity to improve your CV, gain valuable experience and/or draw from previous experience to assist an extremely busy department.


You will need to have good IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft office and ability to work in an organised and methodical way.


We are looking for someone who can give approximately 6 hours of their time on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 4.

30pm
