About the role:

We are looking for a passionate B2B Marketer to join our growing Marketing Team. You will play a critical role in supporting the Network team in achieving their ambitious targets to grow our locations across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketeer to own an integral area of the overall marketing strategy and support wider business goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the Network team
  • Development and management of lead generation campaigns and nurture programs
  • Create content for use across all points of the client engagement lifecycle
  • Analyse, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives
  • Develop and drive digital marketing capabilities on key social channels
  • Co-ordination of events and trade shows
  • Create and implement Thought Leadership campaigns including White papers, SoMe content etc.
  • Keeping your ear to the ground for the latest industry trends and research

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Confidence in managing Key Internal Stakeholders, to SLT level
  • Proven success in developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns
  • Knowledge of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles
  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences
  • Experience in leading digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • You are creative and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances - the business moves quickly
  • A strong appetite to get 'stuck in' and work collaboratively in your team and cross-functionally
