Job Description

In this fast-moving position, you are responsible for providing sales/technical support to an allocated market, acting as a central coordinator supporting the smooth transition of orders through the business. This key role, which is now open, is vital in maintaining our satisfaction and credibility with customers.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the processing and compilation of machine orders. Communicate directly with customers, field sales teams, distributors and internal functions to ensure the completion of customer orders and resolution of application/delivery issues. Assessing the details of products sold to ensure they are fit for purpose and are correctly specified. Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and following Loma strategy. Entry of order details in IT ERP systems and creation of written acknowledgment of orders for customers. Participate in projects that deliver on-going improvements to Loma processes. Support inter-departmental team working. Liaising with procurement, engineering and manufacturing facilities as and where required. Conduct customer visits both PDI & FAT in support of the sales team as and when required. Conduct and assist with product testing to validate application details against order requirements.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Very good attention to detail and able to resolve administrative discrepancies. Demonstrable experience working in a Customer Service / Sales environment (preferably in a manufacturing or service environment). College or equivalent education experience in a technical subject. Good skills in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other IT systems.
