Head of Sales - Internet Service Provider
Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving results? Do you have a passion for building and leading high-performing sales teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Head of Sales

We are a leading Internet Service Provider dedicated to providing high-speed internet connectivity to customers in Shropshire and parts of Cheshire.

With our recent infrastructure installations, we're expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic leader to drive our consumer sales efforts to new heights.

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading our consumer sales team to success.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales organization.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities.
  • Analys sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and implement development plans as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service industry.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated territory.
