Job Description:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share in EMEA
  • Lead regional sales team, promoting Zone's brand and software offerings
  • Oversee sales management and supervise Account Management and Pre-Sales teams
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Target new verticals and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Mentor and manage sales team to meet or exceed targets
  • Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Regularly review sales performance reports and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Located in UK, Amsterdam, or EMEA area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales management
  • Experience with multi-product sales at a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and sales management platforms
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing global sales teams
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
  • Willingness to travel internationally
