The Sales Organization:
  • The business is divided into Enterprise and Embedded units
  • The Embedded unit currently contributes about 90% of the revenue
  • Current sales teams are organized regionally - EMEA, North America, and Asia
  • The team includes regional Sales Leaders, Key Account Managers, and inside sales
  • Looking to hire a VP-Sales for the Enterprise unit based in the US
  • Future state of the sales organization will be shaped by the new global Sales Leader
Key Responsibilities:

The VP - Global Sales will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets and leading a high-performance team to support growth. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, account management, and ensuring sales operations are efficient and effective.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's preferred
  • Extensive experience in software product sales and team leadership
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of software industry and business models
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and ecosystem players
  • Technical acumen to engage in business discussions with customers
