Back Office Assistant

Location - Fully remote, must be able to visit a local Aviva Branch to pick up IT Equipment

Rate - £11.93 per hour

Start date - ASAP

Duration - Until at least 31/08/2023 (Could be approx. 4 months)

Hours am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday

The role:


There is currently a massive Nil Comms project underway - the aim is to contact customers with whom there has been no communication in a long while.


The role involves going back through files and finding documents with customer details - name, address etc and adding this information to an excel spread sheet - this MUST be done accurately to allow our client to get back in contact with the customer.
